Kendall Hack, MBA/MPA, is the Head of Program & Customer Success at Ceresa, where they lead customer relationships and program delivery to enhance participant experiences. Previously, Kendall held roles at Guild, Innosight, and McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy, marketing, and analytics.
