Stephen Conroy

Stephen Conroy is an experienced operations and systems engineering professional with a strong background in the development of innovative blood analyzers. Currently serving as Director of Operations at CereVasc since June 2020, Stephen previously held the position of Director of Systems Engineering at First Light Diagnostics and was Head of Systems Integration at Roche Diagnostics from April 2017 to November 2019. Stephen's expertise includes leading cross-functional teams, planning and executing verification and validation activities, and managing quality control material, particularly in hematology-related projects. Prior roles include Director of Systems Engineering at Roche Diagnostics Hematology and Chief Systems Engineer at Constitution Medical Inc., along with extensive experience at Hologic and Cytyc Corporation in manufacturing engineering management.
