Yao (Neo) Chen is a skilled HW&FW Designer and Principal Electrical Engineer with a robust background in electrical engineering and product development. They began their career at Guangzhou Linde Gise Gases Co., Ltd. and further honed their expertise at ALA Scientific Instruments Inc. and Brookhaven National Laboratory.
