Charla Brooks has been in the professional workforce since 2013, when they began as a Commercial Billing Analyst at Ackerman Security. In 2021, they transitioned to Customer Support Manager at ADT Commercial. Currently, they serve as Accounts Payable Manager at CeriFi.

Charla Brooks obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Lanier Technical College between 2011 and 2013.
