Charles Chen

Charles Chen possesses extensive experience in project controls and planning within the engineering sector. Notable positions include Project Controls Manager and Lead Planner at WorleyParsons from October 2005 to August 2014, where involvement in significant projects such as Suncor Fort Hills and LNG Canada Kitimat occurred. Chen served as Lead Project Controls at UniversalPegasus International from August 2014 to August 2016 and held the role of Central Planning Lead at Trans Mountain from September 2016 to August 2023. Currently, Chen is the Planning Lead at Cerilon since September 2023. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology.
