Andi Hektor

Andi Hektor is a highly experienced professional in the fields of particle physics and astrophysics, currently serving as Co-CEO and Co-founder of mu-ray.tech since May 2025. Hektor also co-founded GScan in January 2020, where roles include Chief Strategy Officer and Chair of the Management Board, as well as maintaining a strong presence as a Visiting Researcher and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CERN since July 2010. In addition to these roles, Hektor co-owns and co-founded Nosob OÜ, an investment body for family investments, while serving as a Senior Researcher at KBFI from September 2015 until June 2024. Previous experience includes a research position at the National Institute of Chemical Physics and Biophysics from 2002 to 2014, a PhD in particle physics from the University of Tartu, and a MSc in Theoretical Physics from the same institution.
