Andrea Caputo

Andrea Caputo, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Theoretical Physics and a staff scientist at CERN, recognized as an ERC awardee. They obtained a PhD in theoretical physics in September 2020 and have enriched their research experience through postdoctoral positions at top institutions such as the Weizmann Institute and Tel Aviv University. Andrea has developed robust analytical, computational, and statistical tools, presenting findings at prestigious venues including MIT and Princeton University. Proficient in Python and Mathematica, Andrea also supervises Master’s and PhD students and is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
