Anja B.

Anja B. has a strong background in physics and experience in various academic and research roles. Notably, Anja completed a summer internship at DESY focusing on thermal resilience studies for the HL-LHC upgrade project at CERN. Currently, Anja works as an Affiliated Scientist at CERN and has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Warwick. Anja has also held a Research Intern position with the LHCb group in France and worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at TU Dortmund University. As a Science-Meets-Politics Fellow at the Deutscher Bundestag, Anja supports political activities while gaining insights into German federal politics. Anja holds a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Physics from TU Dortmund University, alongside a solid academic foundation with a BSc in Physics and an Abitur. Recently, Anja transitioned to a Postdoctoral Associate role at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
