Benoit Delille has been a vital member of CERN since April 2002, serving as the Head of the Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Protection Unit, as well as the Executive Officer to the Director for Accelerators and Technology. Key responsibilities include implementing administrative and technical decisions, analyzing data, preparing annual reports, and facilitating negotiations within and between sectors. Additionally, Benoit serves as the Budget Officer for the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider project, focusing on forecasting expenditures and integrating strategies into CERN's Medium-Term Plan. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Advisor at CERN and as a Mechanical Engineer at SONACA and Fabricom. Benoit holds a degree from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, obtained between 1991 and 1996, and completed secondary education at Athenee royal ATH from 1986 to 1991.
