Carles Kishimoto has extensive experience in network engineering, currently serving at CERN since May 2008, where responsibilities include managing network infrastructure for the CMS experiment and focusing on data center technologies such as OSPF, BGP, and IPv6. Prior to this role, Carles worked at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center from January 2005 to April 2008, overseeing network infrastructure for both user and supercomputing networks. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Research Assistant at CCABA from November 2001 to January 2005 and as a Network Administrator at Fundació i2CAT from October 2000 to November 2001. Carles holds a degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has further education from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
