Doreen Klem is a Team Supervisor and Product Owner for the Financial domain at CERN, where they design, manage, and deliver in-house training on administrative tools in both French and English. Doreen has served as a Departmental Training Officer, responsible for identifying training needs and maintaining the departmental training inventory while ensuring budget compliance. They possess expertise in project management and web interface development, with a strong foundation in SQL, HTML, and CSS. Currently, Doreen is pursuing multiple degrees at Webster University Geneva, including a Master's in Counseling and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Computer Science.
