Erwin Mosselmans

Erwin Mosselmans has extensive experience in human resources, training, and development, with a career spanning over three decades. Since October 1992, Erwin has worked at CERN, holding various positions including Learning Specialist, Deputy Group Leader in Learning and Development, and Health Insurance Manager ad interim. Responsibilities have included managing training programs, overseeing health insurance administration, and advising on recruitment and personnel development within the IT Department. Prior to CERN, Erwin served as a Recruitment Officer at the ESRF and held leadership roles in HR at KU Leuven, focusing on recruitment, selection, and mobility. Early career experiences include coordinating employment projects and assisting in HR functions. Erwin holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology and a teaching certificate from KU Leuven.
