Lau Gatignon

Lau Gatignon is a Visiting Scientist at the Physics Department of the University of Lancaster, UK, and has been a Senior Physicist at CERN since 1984. They served as a Beam Line Physicist for the East Area at the PS and the North Area at the SPS, while also holding roles as Deputy Group Leader of the Experimental Areas group and Section Leader of the EN-EA-LE section. Lau completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics at the University of Nijmegen between 1980 and 1983, where they also earned a Diploma in Particle Physics from 1974 to 1979.
