Leszek Grzanka

Leszek Grzanka is an Associate Professor at both the Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Science and AGH University of Science and Technology since January 2014. Leszek has been associated with CERN since March 2008, serving as a Software Engineer and Architect, focusing on simulation and analysis software for the TOTEM experiment, including code development and maintenance in C++, Python, and the ROOT framework. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer role under a confidential agreement, a PhD student position at the Institute of Nuclear Physics, and various internships at CERN and Comarch. Leszek holds a PhD in Physics from the Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Science and an MSc in Mathematics from Jagiellonian University, complemented by an education at AGH University of Krakow.
