Maria Dimou is a seasoned project lead at CERN, managing the CERN-Solid collaboration since 2020 and overseeing the Documentation Project in the IT CDA group since 2017. Maria has a rich history at CERN, serving as an LHC Experiment supporter for Grid applications and chairing the Middleware Readiness Working Group, as well as being a member of the Grid security group. Prior to CERN, Maria contributed to the EGEE Project and held a senior business administrator position at IBM Global Services, where Maria facilitated an international project to enhance product database management in the Mediterranean and Middle East. Maria holds a Master of Science in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon and studied computing, computer algorithms, databases, and networks at Université libre de Bruxelles.
