Mark Kovacs is an experienced electronics technical engineer currently employed at CERN since October 2012, where responsibilities include developing front-end electronics for the CMS detector, designing HDI flex circuit layouts, preparing simulations, developing test interfaces, contributing to system design, and participating in test software development. Additionally, Mark is involved in the CMS experiment upgrade focused on the front-end electronics for the CMS phase 2 upgrade. Prior experience includes an internship as a manufacturing test engineer at National Instruments, where tasks involved building and setting up test stations for mass product testing.
