Regis Buffet

Regis Buffet is a seasoned product designer and project manager with extensive experience in the HR and finance domains. Currently serving as a Product Designer for HR capabilities at CERN since June 2011, Regis specializes in talent management, personnel administration, onboarding, and benefits management. Previous roles include Finance & Accounting Computing Engineer at CERN, where responsibilities encompassed business analysis and solution provision in finance and procurement. Regis has also held leadership positions at Azisoft as an ERP finance solution architect and project manager, managing cash desk systems and developing financial applications. Additional project management experience encompasses positions at HSBC and Sopra Group, focusing on consolidation needs and bank reporting systems. Regis holds a DUT in Physics from Paris-Sud University, with education spanning from 1988 to 1993.
