Rende Steerenberg

Rende Steerenberg is currently the Head of the Operations Group in the Beams Department at CERN, where they ensure the smooth production and delivery of particle beams through effective management of operations staff. With a background in accelerator physics, Rende has held various positions at CERN since 2000, including roles as an Applied Physicist and Crisis Management team leader. They have also served as the Management Liaison for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, facilitating communication between CERN and its Member States. Prior to their extensive experience at CERN, Rende worked as a Control Engineer and completed technical studies in electronics engineering.
