Roberto Cittadini

Biomedical Engineer | Fellow

Roberto Cittadini is a Biomedical Engineer currently serving as a Fellow at CERN since September 2020, where oversight of the MARCHESE project involves the development of Machine Learning-based systems for human recognition and health monitoring. With a strong background in Agile Project Management, Roberto collaborates with a diverse team from over 20 nationalities at CERN's BE-CEM-MRO section and is affiliated with the CREO Lab at Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome. Previous experiences include a short internship at CERN focused on health monitoring system feasibility and a role as an industrial worker at EUROMONT s.r.l., specializing in the assembly of paper recycling machines. Roberto holds a PhD in Science and Engineering for Humans and the Environment, a Master's in Biomedical Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Medical Engineering.
