Simon George is currently the Deputy Upgrade Project Leader for ATLAS TDAQ at CERN, a position held since 2017. In addition, Simon has served as a Senior Research Officer at Royal Holloway, University of London since 1995, and was a Site Manager for GridPP from 2000 to 2012. Previously, Simon held the role of ATLAS Trigger Coordinator at CERN from 2013 to 2014 and has been involved with ATLAS in Trigger & Data Acquisition since 1995. Simon earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Particle Physics from the University of Bristol.
