Stephanie Truter

Stephanie Truter is a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist at CERN, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various programs since March 2023. Previously, at Fretello, Stephanie served as a Human Relations Generalist and Talent Scout, focusing on candidate experience, recruitment processes, and employer branding from March 2021 to January 2023. Stephanie's experience also includes a brief period of personal and professional development in early 2021, a role as a Tech Talent Advisor at OfferZen from July 2018 to December 2020, and an internship as a Psychometrist at Eskom in 2018. Educational qualifications include a BPsych Equivalent Programme in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Life Sciences from Stellenbosch University.
