We’re hardwired to resist circumstances where the outcome is uncertain, but change is inevitable. The philosophy behind Cero Degrees North emerges from a group of people in relentless pursuit of self-improvement, who realized that to free our mind we must first free our body. 

How do we plan on reaching Mars when we can’t even reach down for the pen we just dropped at work? The mountaineer is impeccably equipped to overcome all the rigors of the mountain with only one set of clothing. Why then, do we in the city have to pointlessly change our outfits during the day for every occasion? When did we decide function didn´t matter?
