Christopher Clifton

Chris Clifton is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and cloud architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at CerQlar since January 2023, Chris previously held positions such as Senior Developer at CM.com and Principal Customer Cloud Architect at ForgeRock, where responsibilities included the architectural design of a customer portal and oversight of numerous microservices. Prior roles featured leadership as a Tech Lead at Standard Bank, focusing on market and static data services, and contributions as a Software Engineer at Asset Control and Yolus. Chris holds an MSc in Advanced Computing from King's College London and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.
