We are a regenerative organic farm in the south of Chile and restore soil health through regenerative grazing management of our Angus/Hereford cattle. Healthy soils foster biodiversity, water absorption and carbon sequestration. Progressing soil degradation threatens our survival on this planet. We focus on addressing this challenge. Sustaining is not enough, regenerating is necessary. 
Imitating the behaviour of the large wild bison herds, we create a high short-term animal impact on our pastures, thereafter allowing the land long periods of rest. Our animals spend all their life on our organic pastures, restoring soil health through their grazing. By healing the soil we capture carbon, and foster biodiversity and water retention. We work with nature, not against it. 
Our meat is 100% pasture-based and its production is good for the land. Coming exclusively from our farm, and meeting our high standards, this is beef how it should be: no agrochemicals, no hormones, no antibiotics. Eating meat does not have to cost the planet's health.
