Guillaume Andre

Guillaume Andre is an experienced IT Security Officer currently serving at CERT-EU since February 2024. Prior to this role, Guillaume held positions in the European Parliament as IT Security Management from September 2018 to February 2024, and at AXA from March 2016 to August 2018, first as Process Design Lead for Information Security Assurance and then in Information Security Risk, focusing on identifying information security risks and ensuring effective controls across the organization. From April 2004 to March 2016, Guillaume worked at PW Consultants, progressing from Junior Consultant to Manager of the IT Security business unit, delivering security solutions and managing security challenges in the banking and retail sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an engineering degree in Telecommunications from Télécom SudParis.
