Prateek Sharma began their career in 2016 as a Business Analyst at Regalix, where they consulted and developed the online business strategy for tier 1 customers, including Amazon and eBay. Prateek analyzed clients' business needs and overhauled their business operation line to resolve critical challenges and provide the best possible business solutions, which led to a 30% increase in the ROI. In 2017, they joined Certa (getcerta.com) as a Solutions Consultant, and subsequently held the roles of Senior Solutions Consultant, Product Implementation Manager, and Head of Product Implementations || Enterprise Solutions.
