Shradha Maru

Shradha Maru has been working in the field of HR and Compliance since 2020. Shradha is currently the HR and Compliance Lead at Certa (getcerta.com). Prior to that, they were the HR and Compliance Manager and Customer Success Manager at the same company. In 2019, they were an Associate Consultant at Vito India Advisors, where they focused on Mid-Senior level hiring across Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Industrials & Manufacturing and the Pharma & Healthcare sector. In 2018, they completed an Internship Trainee role at Ken Mentors, and a Summer Intern role at Capgemini.

Shradha Maru completed their HSC from St. Xaviers High School in 2013. Shradha then obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Bhagwan Mahavir College of Education, Surat in 2017. In 2019, they completed their MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
