Senior Advanced Animator at Certain Affinity

Tyler Johnston has worked in various roles throughout their career. Tyler started their career at Omni Netherland Plaza as a Manager from an unknown start date until 1999. From 1999 to 2006, they served as an Assistant General Manager/Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc, where they successfully increased sales, decreased costs, and improved customer and staff satisfaction.

In 2006, they joined The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf as a Shift Supervisor until 2009. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Modeler at Bell Studios from February 2009 to April 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Tutor at The Art Institute of Phoenix from March 2006 to December 2008.

Moving forward, Tyler worked at THQ as a Quality Assurance from June 2009 to July 2011. Tyler then joined Vigil Games as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from July 2011 to January 2013.

Tyler'scareer in the gaming industry began at Martin Arts, where they worked as a Freelance Modeler and contributed to the development of the RPG video game, "Battlelords of the Twenty-Third Century," from August 2008 to October 2008. Tyler also collaborated on a group project called "The Strange Creature" from September 2007 to March 2008, which involved various tasks such as story development, character design, animation, and sound design.

From May 2013 to March 2014, Tyler served as a Sr. QA Tester at Certain Affinity. Tyler then transitioned to the role of Technical Animator from March 2014 to December 2014. Subsequently, they became an Animator at the same company, where they created in-game animations and coordinated with other departments to ensure high-quality products from December 2014 to June 2018. Tyler then took on the role of Senior Animator until February 2022, contributing to the creation of in-game animations for video games and continuing their collaboration with different departments.

Currently, Tyler holds the position of Advanced Animator at Certain Affinity, starting from February 2022.

Tyler Johnston attended The Art Institutes from 2006 to 2008, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field. From 1992 to 1996, they attended Berea College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business. Additionally, Tyler Johnston pursued studies in Media Arts & Animation at The Art Institutes and Business Administration at Berea College, although the specific duration or degree obtained in these fields is unknown.
