Peggy Chiu

Peggy Chiu is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience in the SaaS and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Certain since January 2021, Peggy Chiu focuses on client retention, contract renewal, and driving growth through a deep understanding of customer needs.
