Shane Gring

Shane Gring is an accomplished leader and visionary in the fields of marketing, technology, and sustainability, currently serving as the Founding President and Worker-Member at Certainly since April 2025. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of General Manager at fxnction from April 2016 to March 2025, successfully driving business growth and overseeing diverse teams across multiple time zones. Shane's extensive experience includes strategic consulting roles with organizations such as the International WELL Building Institute and the U.S. Green Building Council, where meaningful contributions were made to social equity frameworks and sustainability education initiatives. As Co-Founder and CEO of BOULD, Shane expanded green job training programs and facilitated training for numerous professionals. Educationally, Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Miami University.
