Alana Willey

Alana Willey serves as the Partner Engagement Manager at Success Group International since May 2017, where responsibilities include engaging and empowering business owners in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Roofing industries while managing over $8 million in annual rebates for a network of over 1,000 independent contractors. Prior to this role, Alana held positions such as Senior Account Specialist at Direct Energy, where skills in marketing and corporate training were developed, and Inside Sales Representative at Bradco Supply Corp, contributing to the start-up of a window division. Alana's career also includes experience in customer service and sales roles with Simonton Windows and Atrium Windows & Doors, alongside early management experience at Adam's Mark Hotel. Alana holds an Associate’s Degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications from Toccoa Falls College.
