Bill Downs

Bill Downs is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the building insulation industry. Since May 2000, Bill has held various leadership roles at CertainTeed, including Regional Sales Manager for the Exterior Products Group and Vice President of Sales for the Interior Products Group, overseeing the sales organization for both residential and commercial insulation across the United States. Bill has managed sales teams and multiple product lines, driving business development through diverse distribution channels. Prior to CertainTeed, Bill served as Territory Manager at North Pacific. Bill holds an MBA from the University of Louisville, completed between 2004 and 2006, and graduated from DeSales High School.
