Gregory Shantz

Gregory Shantz is currently the General Counsel at CertaPro Painters, where they lead the legal team and bring over a decade of experience in franchise law, real estate, human resources, and corporate governance. They previously served as Corporate Counsel and Associate General Counsel at CertaPro, contributing to the establishment of a strong framework for dispute resolution and compliance. Before joining CertaPro in 2013, Gregory practiced as an attorney at Roland Stock, LLC, and Garner & Bauer. They hold a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Law from Delaware Law School.
