Mark Overcash

Mark Overcash is a multi-unit franchise owner who co-owns CertaPro Painters of Southlake, PetBar Bathing & Grooming Boutiques, Class 101 Midcities, Class 101 Alliance Tx, and Sylvan Learning Centers. They previously co-owned Agape Home Care as VP Operations & Marketing from 2019 to 2023. They also served as a Senior Engineering Inspector for the City of Hurst from 1993 to 2004, and as a Petroleum Supply Specialist, Platoon SGT, and Instructor/Writer in the United States Army, Army Reserve and National Guard from 1987 to 2011. In their current co-ownership roles, they oversee operations across diverse brands with a focus on strategic leadership, operations, financial oversight, and customer experience.
