Gibson is the owner of CertaPro Painters of Orange County. From 2013 to 2023, Gibson owned CertaPro Painters of Yorba Linda, CertaPro Painters of Orange, and CertaPro Painters of Irvine, focusing on painting interior and exterior surfaces for residential and commercial properties. Earlier in their career, Gibson served as Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 1993 to 2000 and as Vice President at California First National Bank from 2000 to 2012. Gibson earned a B.A. in Finance from California State University-Fullerton (1988–1993) and holds B-2 and C-33 licenses with the California State License Board.
