Patrick Dowe

Patrick Dowe holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Resource Management: Policy and Practice from the University of Limerick, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Port Harcourt. Patrick worked as an Environmental Officer (WEEE Regs) at Certification Europe, a Product Environmental Engineer at Dell Technologies, and a Procurement Officer at Oilfield product Nigeria Limited. Patrick also had experience in Upstream Training at the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).
