Adam Boilesen has worked in various roles since 2008. Adam'sfirst job was as a Client Service Analyst at Fiserv, where they installed, configured, trained, and provided continued support of the software and consulting services of the Fiserv product suite. Adam then moved on to Micros Inc. as an Implementation Specialist, where they completed implementations of Point-of-Sale systems for customers, including hardware setup, software configurations, and training. In 2013, they then joined Arapahoe County as an Application Support Specialist, where they implemented, configured, trained, and provided continued support for the application suite provided for the county government. After four years, they moved to GE Johnson as an Applications Administrator, where they provided phone, remote, and in-person support to resolve customer issues, and coordinated and led various projects for the company. In 2021, they joined Wide Open West as an Application Support Analyst and Certificial as a User Support Specialist.
Adam Boilesen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Doane University between 2001 and 2016. Adam then obtained the Customer Service Foundations certification from LinkedIn in August 2019 and is currently pursuing the ITIL v3 Certification.
