Francis Lee

Francis Lee has been working in the tech industry since 2000. Francis began their career as a System Admin at Veterinary Medical Center of Brooklyn, where they were responsible for equipment installation, integration, maintenance, and cabling of each office for networking capabilities. In 2017, they joined Soft Tech Health as a Senior Client Manager, where they provided client facing support, troubleshooting the product for clients, and general maintenance of client systems. Francis also conducted monthly and quarterly backups of client systems, as well as patching, upgrading, and updating of client systems. Additionally, they provided client system training via email, Webex, and phone. In 2021, they joined Certificial as a Product Support Specialist.

Francis Lee obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College between 1996 and 2001. Francis then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution. In 2013, they earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology Information Security from Southern New Hampshire University. Francis also holds a certification in Wireshark from Udemy.
