Jeff Yellin

Jeff Yellin, CFA, currently serves as VP of Finance at Certificial since May 2024 and has extensive experience in finance and mentorship roles. Yellin has been a mentor at 500 Startups and R3 since April 2020, guiding early-stage startups and helping them scale. Previously, Yellin held the position of VP of Finance at CompStak® from November 2020 to April 2024, leading the Finance team at a notable commercial real estate data company. At Barclays, from July 2018 to March 2020, Yellin served as Innovation Officer, focusing on technology challenges, FinTech solutions, and strategy for the U.S. digital consumer bank. Yellin also held key roles in financial technology investment and corporate development at Motive Partners and SR Labs, respectively, alongside research and mentorship positions at Spear Point, LLC and The Idea Village. Yellin earned an AB in Politics from Princeton University in 2004.
