Krystal M. began their work experience in 2010 as an Industry Relations Coordinator at The EVVY Awards. Krystal then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Emerson College Costume Shop from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they took on a Marketing Intern role at Karmaloop and also worked as a Bartender/Server at Grafton Street Pub & Grill. Krystal continued bartending at Benedetto Restaurant from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Private Events Manager at Grafton Group Hospitality until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Krystal worked at Lightspeed Commerce, starting as a Support Specialist I, then moving up to a Support Specialist III, and finally becoming a Senior Escalations Specialist. Currently, they are a User Support Specialist at Certificial, a leading Certificate of Insurance platform.

Krystal M. began their educational journey by attending North Kingstown Senior High School from 2006 to 2010. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication from Emerson College, graduating in 2013. Following this, they decided to further expand their knowledge and skills by enrolling in Southern New Hampshire University from 2020 to 2023. During this period, Krystal studied Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers" from LinkedIn in February 2023, and "Human Relations in Administration" from Soomo Learning in October 2020.
