Dr. Geffner specializes in MOHS surgery in addition to practicing clinical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Geffner also teaches and trains other physicians and providers to diagnose and treat skin disease.

Dr. Geffner grew up in Highland Park, NJ and obtained his bachelor of science degree from Livingston College and his master of science degree from Rutgers University. He earned his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School, completed an internship in internal medicine at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ, his dermatology residency at Washington University, Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO, and a fellowship in Dermatopathology at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC.  Dr. Geffner is board-certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology.
