Max Berkowitz

Max Berkowitz possesses a diverse background in human resources and physical therapy, starting as a Physical Therapist Aid at Complete Physical Therapy LLC in 2012. Berkowitz transitioned to human resources roles, with significant experience at EagleBank, where positions included Human Resources Administrator and HRIS Intern, focusing on document management and system transitions. Notably, at Apple Bank, roles escalated from AVP to VP, leading payroll and HRIS operations, implementing Covid-19 tracking systems, and overseeing a transition to Workday for a large employee base. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards, HR Ops & Technology at Certified Group, Berkowitz has continuously driven innovations in HR technology and processes, stemming from a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland.
