Michael Shea

Michael Shea is a transformative leader with extensive experience in multi-site P&L management and business operations within scientific companies. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Transformation at Certified Group, they previously held positions as Managing Director at Eurofins and General Manager, where they achieved significant revenue and EBITDA growth. A former Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, they successfully led complex operations, including a $160M shipyard overhaul and multiple top-secret missions. Michael holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
