VJ Tabone

VJ Tabone has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. VJ started their career as the Director of Research at Disclosure Inc - a Security and Exchange Commission information provider - where they conducted research for IPOs and M&A. VJ also developed training materials and conducted seminars on SEC regulations.

Following this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where they managed housing development projects.

VJ then moved on to the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of Real Estate Development. In this role, they managed development projects, analyzed proposals, drafted legal documents, and negotiated terms.

VJ later joined the NY Liquidation Bureau as an Assistant Special Deputy Superintendent. VJ oversaw the restructuring or run off of insolvent insurers and negotiated contracts for services and land dispositions. VJ also secured court approval for distributions and plans and adjudicated claims.

Subsequently, they worked as the Director at Red Apple Real Estate Inc., where they served from 2007 to 2014.

After that, they joined Real Estate and Business Consulting as a Business Intelligence Consultant in 2014.

In 2017, VJ Tabone became the Head of Business Development at CertifiedTrue.

Their most recent role was as an Executive at Veritas Strategic Concepts Inc., where they developed expertise in communications and public relations. VJ worked closely with high-level industry leaders and government officials, securing public approvals, legislative reforms, and earned media. VJ was also skilled at developing content and refining messaging for public consumption.

VJ Tabone has a strong academic background in both law and business administration. From 1995 to 1999, VJ Tabone attended New York Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctorate degree in Law. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1987, VJ Tabone studied at Baruch College and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Science.
