Suhas Gopal

Suhas Gopal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Suhas started their career in 2013 as a Technical Support Engineer at Unisys, where they provided network support, configuration, and maintenance for clients. Suhas worked there until February 2015.

In 2017, Suhas joined the University of Maryland Baltimore County as a Graduate Assistant. In this role, they consolidated the database of UMBC alumni career pathways and regularly communicated with the university's Dean and department heads. Suhas worked there until June 2018.

From 2019, Suhas worked at CERTIFY Health. Suhas initially served as a Business Analyst (Product Development), where they acted as a liaison between clients and internal development teams to research, analyze, and validate project scope and business requirements. Suhas created business requirement documents and established acceptance criteria. Suhas also translated stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as use cases and workflow/dataflow diagrams.

From August 2020 to August 2022, Suhas worked as a Product Owner at CERTIFY Health. In this role, they took ownership of product development and worked closely with key stakeholders to prioritize and define project needs.

In September 2022, Suhas transitioned to the role of Technical Project Manager at CERTIFY Health.

Suhas Gopal completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Reva Institute Of Technology and Management, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from LinkedIn in May 2020.
