Jak Utley

Jak Utley is a seasoned professional in sales development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sales Development (International) at Certinia since May 2022, Jak leads a team of eight BDRs across EMEA and APAC. Prior roles at Certinia include Global Head of Sales Development (Interim) and BDR Manager for EMEA, where Jak contributed to empowering revenue functions through innovative strategies. Previous positions include SDR Manager at Panintelligence, where team-building and sales strategies were emphasized, and Co-Founder/Director of Gatefold Music, a record shop and event space that was established from the ground up. Jak holds an IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and a BTEC National Diploma in Music Technology from Leeds College of Music.
