Mike Dover

Mike Dover currently serves as the Global Vice President of Customer Success at Certinia, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this, Mike was with SAP Concur from February 2016 to September 2020, where roles included Sr Director of Client Development and Director of Client Development, leading teams focused on customer engagement, revenue growth, and product adoption. Mike's experience also includes a tenure at VMware, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer success teams and achieving significant revenue milestones. Earlier roles at ServiceSource saw Mike leading sales teams and driving substantial revenue through strategic account management and implementation of best practices. Mike holds a degree in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
