Shane Ward

Shane Ward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Professional Services at Certinia since July 2022. Previously, Shane held the position of Practice Director for Professional Services at NetSuite, managing a portfolio of over 230 active projects and consistently achieving high customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Director of Americas Consulting Delivery at Autodesk, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and service delivery across multiple sectors, and Vice President at Parametric Technology Corporation, directing services delivery for diverse business segments. Shane's career began at Raytheon as a Configuration Management Supervisor, and earlier, in the US Army as a Platoon Leader. Shane earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
