Client Service Specialist at CertiPay

Shannon White has over 15 years of experience in client service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Client Service Specialist at CertiPay since February 2012, Shannon focuses on client software support, benefits coordination, and payroll and human resources. Prior to this, Shannon worked at Heritage Consultants, Inc. from July 2007 to January 2012, holding the position of Executive Assistant, along with responsibilities as Benefits Administrative Coordinator and Workers' Compensation Coordinator. Shannon graduated with a High School Diploma in Business from Winter Haven High School in 1986.
