Elly Chen

Elly Chen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in taxation and accounting, currently serving as Tax Manager at Certis Belchim since October 2022. A business owner and Accountant & Tax Consultant at BCN since 2008, Elly has also held significant roles at Business Consulting Network BV as a Certified Public Accountant since 2003, and at Belchim Crop Protection NV from 2013 to 2022, where responsibilities included Director Global Finance & Tax and Director Finance, Legal and IT.
